My gardens are a’happy

just a few snapshots taken tonight after work of where things are at as we near the start of april…

asters coming up – i transplanted these from beneath the evil weed trees before i had those taken down and relocated them in the strip between the house and the driveway…can’t wait for those purple daisies to suck up all that sunshine!!!!

nasturtiums planted from seed in the holes of my cinderblock raised beds. they are all coming up nicely (good thing since the marigold seeds planted in opposing holes never did a thing)
tulips going nuts and reminding me there’s a lot of dividing i’ll need to remember to do as these babies are stuffed together – don’t you love multiplying flowers? and tulips, sigh…
my evil plan worked…’mission impossible’ inspired spikes out of the ground protected my peas that i planted and now i have lots of great buds coming out of the ground, yay!
aesthetically not a great picture but i planted a kiwi vine and can’t wait to see it take over this ugly fence. supposedly by fall it might bear a few mini fruits…
