moments

this time last year i was way down south. fantastically lusciously warm water, horribly torn apart core, sun melting me, thoughts overtaking me, alternately sweet and sour. i was so raw. so bloodied and torn apart.

i have lived without a father longer than he has been dead. i have come to face the cold hard facts that i am walking the road without what i’d try to assemble in my mind for all those years.

The history of all times, and of today especially, teaches that … women will be forgotten if they forget to think about themselves.
~ Louise Otto

now…forget all that…and ENJOY the dead kennedys as they should be enjoyed – LOUD 🙂
